Right of withdrawal
This page tells you how a right of withdrawal works for the digital services in this shop.
Consumers in the European Union and the EEA
If you are a consumer, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract for services without giving a reason. For services, the period starts on the day the contract is concluded.
Early start and loss of the right. We only start work right after payment if you expressly ask us to, which you do by ticking the box before payment. You then acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once we have fully performed the service. If you withdraw before the service is fully performed, you pay a proportionate amount for what has been done up to your notice, compared with the full price.
Consumers in Switzerland
Swiss law does not give a general statutory right to withdraw from online contracts. Our refund rules in the terms of service apply (non-delivery and deliverables that do not match the brief).
How to withdraw
Send a clear statement by email to michael@msstrategies.ch with your order email and the service you ordered. You may use this text:
I hereby withdraw from my contract for the following service: [service name], ordered on [date], order email: [your email]. Name: [your name].
Refunds are made through the original payment method within 14 days of your notice, less the proportionate amount described above where work had already begun.
