Terms of service

1. Provider and scope

These terms apply to all orders placed on gigs.msstrategies.app with MS Strategies (Einzelunternehmen), Michael Sezer, Rämelgässli 96, 3067 Boll, Switzerland ("we"). By ordering you ("you") accept them. Deviating terms of yours do not apply.

2. The service

We produce digital deliverables (for example texts, documents, spreadsheets, graphics, audio, scripts) according to the package you choose and the brief you submit. Scope, price, delivery time and number of revisions are those shown for the package on its page at the time of your order.

3. AI-assisted production and human review

We use AI tools (language, image and audio models) to produce and speed up our work. Your brief and the files you upload are processed by such tools for that purpose (see the privacy policy). A person reviews every delivery against your brief before it is released to you. We do not guarantee that AI-assisted output is free of errors; please check facts, names, figures and legal or medical content before you rely on it. We do not guarantee outcomes such as interviews, rankings, sales, funding or approvals.

4. Order and contract

The contract is concluded when you submit your brief and your payment through Stripe is confirmed. You must give us complete and truthful information and have the right to use any material you upload. We may decline or refund orders that need content which is unlawful, infringes third-party rights or violates platform rules.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is made in advance through Stripe. Production starts after payment is confirmed.

6. Delivery

The delivery time stated for the package counts in calendar days from confirmed payment and a complete brief. We deliver by email as a download link. If we need information from you, the time pauses until you answer. Download links stay valid for a limited time; please save your files promptly.

7. Revisions

Your package includes the stated number of revision rounds. A revision adjusts the delivered work within the original scope and brief (for example tone, wording, corrections, formatting). Request revisions by replying to the delivery email within 14 days after delivery. A change of topic, a larger scope or new source material is a new order.

8. Refunds

  • Non-delivery: if we have not delivered within the stated delivery time plus 3 calendar days, you may cancel by email and we refund the full price you paid.
  • Deliverable does not match the brief: we first correct it through your included revisions. If it still materially fails the brief afterwards, we refund the price in full or in part, depending on how much of the order was usable.
  • Change of mind after delivery: no refund for delivered work that matches the brief, see right of withdrawal.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.

9. Usage rights

After full payment you receive the non-exclusive right to use the delivered work for your own purposes, including commercial use, subject to the terms of any third-party AI tool used for generating images or audio. We may produce similar work for others; we do not resell your specific deliverable. We do not publish your work or your name without your consent. You are responsible for lawful use of what you receive.

10. Your input

You keep the rights to material you provide. You grant us the right to use it only to produce and deliver your order, including processing by the AI tools described above.

11. Liability

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and where law requires. For slight negligence our liability is limited to the price paid for the affected order, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profit. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.

12. Governing law

Swiss law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Sales Convention. Mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence remains unaffected. Where permitted, the courts at the seat of MS Strategies in Boll, Canton of Bern, Switzerland, have jurisdiction.
