2. Hosting and server logs
This website runs on a server rented from Hostinger International Ltd., Larnaca, Cyprus, located in a data center in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The server records technical logs (IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser identifier) to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not analyse these logs for profiling.
3. What we collect when you order

Legal bases: performance of the contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), and our legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation (Art. 6(1)(f)). In Switzerland the revDSG applies in the same way.
4. Recipients and countries
- Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland, and Stripe, Inc., USA): payment processing. Stripe is certified under the EU-US and Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework and applies standard contractual clauses. Stripe is an independent controller for its own compliance duties; see Stripe's privacy policy.
- AI model providers such as Google (Gemini) and Anthropic (Claude), USA: the text and files of your brief are sent to these models to help produce your deliverable. The providers process this data under their own terms. Do not upload personal data of third parties or confidential material you are not allowed to share.
- Email delivery through our mail provider Hostpoint AG, Switzerland: order confirmation and delivery emails.
- Internal review: before release, the person reviewing your order is notified through a messaging service (Telegram), which may show the order number and a preview of the work. No payment data is included.
- Hosting as described in section 2.
Transfers to the USA rely on the Data Privacy Framework certification of the recipient or on standard contractual clauses.
5. Cookies and browser storage
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics or advertising. This website stores one item in your browser, only if you use the theme switch: theme (light or dark) in local storage, kept until you clear it. It contains no personal data and is not sent to a server. Fonts are served from this site, not from Google. Because nothing non-essential is stored, there is no cookie banner. Stripe may set cookies on its own payment page; see Stripe's policy.
6. Forms
The order form sends your email, optional name, answers, uploaded files and your consent to the terms and immediate start to our server so we can create your order. Fields marked optional can be left empty. By submitting you acknowledge this privacy policy.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and a copy of your data (portability) at any time by email to michael@msstrategies.ch. Where we need records to meet legal duties, we restrict instead of deleting. You may complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or to the supervisory authority in your country.
8. Security
Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to briefs and deliverables is limited to what the order needs. Download links are unguessable and time-limited.
9. Changes
We update this policy when the service changes. The date below shows the latest version.
