What do you need from me to start?
I need your raw images in a zip file or cloud link, and clear instructions on the desired dimensions, background color, and shadow style.
Do you use AI tools for the editing?
Yes, I use AI tools like rembg for initial background removal to speed up the process. However, every single image is individually checked, refined, and color corrected by a human to ensure perfect quality.
Do I own the rights to the edited images?
Yes, you receive full commercial rights to all the edited images. You can use them anywhere you like.
How do revisions work for bulk orders?
If you need adjustments, tell me what to fix. I will apply the changes to the affected images and resend the updated files. Revisions do not mean a full redo unless I made a mistake.
Can you fix very dark or blurry product photos?
I can significantly improve exposure and sharpness, but I cannot add details that do not exist in the original file. Send me a sample first for an honest assessment.
What formats will I receive?
Standard delivery includes high resolution JPG files with a white background and transparent PNG files for your cutouts.
