What data formats do you accept?
I primarily work with Excel and CSV files. If you have data in JSON or Google Sheets, Please email us first to confirm compatibility.
Do I need to provide the chart types?
No. You provide the data and the questions you want answered. I will select the most effective chart types to communicate your metrics clearly.
Do you use AI to generate the charts?
I use AI tools to help structure and clean data quickly, but every chart is custom built using Python and Plotly. A human reviews all outputs for accuracy.
Who owns the rights to the visualizations?
You do. Full commercial rights to all PNG, SVG and HTML files are transferred to you upon delivery.
Can you match my company brand colors?
Yes. Please provide your brand color hex codes in the requirements form and I will apply them to the charts.
What if my data needs cleaning first?
I can handle minor cleaning for free. If your data requires significant restructuring, I will let you know and you can add the data cleaning extra.
