Do I need API keys or paid accounts for the AI tools?
No. The guide is built around tools you already have access to. If you only use the free tier of ChatGPT or Claude, I design the workflow accordingly. If you have API access or paid plans, I can incorporate those features.
How do revisions work?
After you receive the preview, you tell me what needs adjusting. I revise the guide and video based on your feedback. Each tier includes a set number of revision rounds. Extra rounds are available as a service extra.
What information do you need from me?
You fill out the intake form with your job title, the specific task you want automated, your current tools, and any constraints like budget or skill level. The more specific you are, the more precise the workflow will be.
Do I own the guide and video?
Yes. You receive full usage rights for the delivered guide, video, and templates for internal business use. You may not resell them as standalone products.
Is AI used to create the guide and video?
Yes. I use AI tools to accelerate drafting and generate the narration voiceover. However every workflow is individually designed based on your intake, and every output is reviewed and edited by me before delivery.
Can you cover a task in my specific industry?
Most likely. I have built workflows across marketing, operations, finance, and admin. If your task is highly specialized I will tell you upfront during the intake whether I can deliver a useful guide.
What format are the deliverables?
The guide is a PDF, the walkthrough is an MP4 video, prompt templates are in a text file, and n8n workflows come as JSON exports. Everything is organized in a single delivery folder.
